Terms of Service

When buying a commission from me, you are agreeing to my terms of service. I reserve the right to refuse a commission. If you have any questions after reading, please message me!Payment TOS:
Payments will be made via PayPal or Cash App.
Payments are expected within 48 hours unless discussed otherwise. Payment plans are currently not an option, but will be considered in the future.
As an option for commissions $100 and above, a nonrefundable half can be deposited to begin. The rest will be collected before the commission is given to the buyer just before finishing, to make sure that the customer is fully satisfied.
I will not start on a commission unless payment is made.
I do not work for free with the promise of being paid later.Turnaround TOS:
Turnaround time depends on work schedule and life events since this is not my main source of income.
Generally it should take about 1-30 days depending on the project.
My Trello is linked and public so that anyone can see my queue and stage of progress.
I will send updates of commissioned pieces to check if any changes or corrections need to be made before it's finished. Once a commission is finished, I am not willing to make outlandish changes, except for overseen mistakes.
If it comes to the point that the commission has changed from what was agreed upon, a new commission should be made and charged.NSFW TOS
Any commissioners that request not safe for work (NSFW) projects must be able to verify that they are 18+ upon request. Please DM your age and if I suspect you're underage, I'll request for a way to verify your age.
I will not take NSFW commissions from anyone underage (17 or less).
NSFW will be considered anything that involves drawing nudity, genitalia, graphic scenes, and drug use.
Since I am kink and BDSM friendly, I won't charge extra for commissions that don't involve contents from the paragraph above. Nonetheless kink and BDSM commissions will only be accepted from customers ages 18 and up.Will Draw:

- Humans
- Pets and Feral Animals, just ask about species!
- Some fanart from anime, movie, or show (depending on fandoms)
- 420 Friendly Pieces
- Artistic nudity is OK
- All Genders, sexual orientations, and all couplings welcome. I do not discriminate against sex, race, relationship, etc.
- BDSM and Kink (there are some exceptions)
- Please ask for any other options!Won't Draw:
- Nazi, Trump, MAGA, etc
- Anything hateful or offensive
- zoophilia, abuse, child pornography, etc
- Characters that are not yours (unless it's a gift for someone you know)
You ARE able to alter a piece for personal use.
You are NOT able to use it commercially without a signed and notarized contract.
None of my work shall be used for NFT's.
If any of my work is sold as an NFT, it is NOT consented! Please, let me know.
Credit MUST be able to be given when possible, please.
